TERMS AND PROCEDURES
All season passes at Tyrol Basin offer unlimited skiing/boarding during the 10/11 winter season, and are valid through April 1, 2011. Season passes are nontransferable and may only be used by the pass holder. Use of the pass holder’s pass or all day ticket by someone other than the pass holder will result in loss or suspension of season pass privileges.
We will begin taking season pass holder pictures at Tyrol Basin’s Open House on Sunday, October 25th. If you are not able to come to the open house, you may have your picture taken and pass made at the customer service counter the first time you come skiing or snowboarding. Please bring proof of purchase and ID.
Pass holders must be wearing their own season pass visible to the lift operator or ticket checker. If the season pass is forgotten, a $2.00 fee will be charged in order to receive the lift ticket for the day. If a pass holder’s season pass is lost or stolen, a $25.00 handling fee will be charged to issue a new pass. Management reserves the right to revoke the season pass without refund at any time for misconduct or nuisance caused by the season pass holder. After the first day of the ski season, no refunds will be given to anyone who has not purchased the season pass insurance.
Season pass cards can also be used as value cards. The minimum amount that can be added to a card is $5.00 and purchases with the card must be greater than $1.00 (cash will not be given back). Value may be added to the card anytime during the winter at the customer service counter.
Any of the above terms are subject to change prior to the beginning of the ski season without notice.
