Group tickets are to be claimed at the customer service counter located inside the ticket/rental building. All members of group must be present at ticket counter when picking up tickets. If you will be renting ski or snowboard equipment, you must bring a completed rental form with you. You will pick up your ticket(s) from the cashier at the customer service counter and present your rental form(s) at that time to have it stamped with the daily stamp.
If you have signed up for the beginner lesson, you will be told where to meet for the lesson when you pick up your tickets. Please allow 20 to 30 minutes to get yourself ready for the lesson. Children below the age of 6 years, coming with a group and wanting a lesson, need to arrange lessons through the regular ski/snowboard school. Lessons desired above the first-time beginner level must also be arranged separately through the regular ski/snowboard school.
No refunds will be given for group tickets not claimed on the scheduled group date. “Make-up” dates for unclaimed tickets will be available anytime during our late season schedule.
RELEASE FROM LIABILITY - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
I understand and accept the fact that alpine skiing/snowboarding in its various forms is a hazardous sport that has many dangers and risks. I realize that injuries are a common and ordinary occurrence of this sport. I agree, as a condition of being allowed to use the ski area facility and premises, that I freely accept and voluntarily assume all risks of personal injury or death or property damage, and release Tyrol Basin Corporation and its agents, employees, directors, officers, and shareholders from any and all liability for personal injury or death or property damage which results in any way from negligence, conditions on or about the premises and facilities, the operations of area, or my participation in skiing, snowboarding, or other activities at the area, accepting myself the full responsibility for any and all such damage or injury of any kind which may result.
CONDITIONS OF USE
I, the undersigned, have read and understood the terms of the above Group Ticket purchase and the Release Agreement, which is an essential part of it. I am signing it freely and of my own accord, realizing it is binding upon myself, my heirs and assigns. If I am signing as the parent or guardian of a minor, I do hereby represent that I/we am (are), in fact, acting in such capacity and agree to save and hold harmless and indemnify each and all of the parties herein referred to above as releasees from all of the parties herein referred to above as releasors from all liability, loss, cost, claim or damage whatsoever which may be imposed upon said releasees because of any defect in or lack of such capacity to so act and release said releasees on behalf of both of the undersigned.
As a condition of holding a daily lift ticket and being permitted to use any and all of the facilities of the ski area, I further agree to assume all risk of personal injury or loss or damage to any of my property.
